ČMSCH faced problems with the original application, which was not available online and did not allow for efficient management of customers and their orders. The laboratory had to manually manage orders delivered by mail, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. The client needed a modern application that would enable digitization of orders, process automation, and online access to data. Two companies had attempted modernization before the client approached Favorlogic, but neither managed to convert the original old application to an online environment.

We created a new web application that allows customers to manage their own accounts and create orders for milk analyses directly online. This application is integrated with a barcode reader, enabling quick and accurate pairing of physical samples with orders in the system. The laboratory no longer needs to handle customer and order management manually and can fully focus on laboratory work.
The application also allows the laboratory to better plan and prepare for upcoming analyses, as it provides an overview of the number and type of orders for the following days. We also implemented automated checks of analysis results, which eliminate errors arising from measurements and automatically inform breeders in case of serious findings.
A digital protocol with analysis results is now generated for each order, which is immediately available to breeders online. The results are also integrated with external applications, ensuring easy access and information sharing.

The new application has significantly improved the efficiency and quality of work in the ČMSCH laboratory. Thanks to the digitization of orders and automated processes, the number of errors has decreased, and the data processing has accelerated. Customers now have the ability to manage their orders online themselves, which has freed up laboratory capacity for specialized laboratory activities. Integration with external applications and digitization of results have contributed to improving the quality of services and better availability of information for breeders.
